Brittany Estep is the daughter of Chip Richter and lives with her husband, Jeff and their dog, Bailey near Columbus, Ohio where she works for Mount Vernon Nazarene University as an admissions counselor. She has spent her career finding ways to invest into the lives of teenagers and young adults. From working alongside her husband at a church doing college ministry, to working with students and their families as they enter college, to traveling around speaking to teenagers, encouraging them to shine bright in whatever stage of life they find themselves. Her passion is for Jesus, her family, young adults, and big cups of coffee.

Singer-Songwriter Chip Richter is a touring musician traveling nationally as a solo artist or with his band “The Munks”, Chip’s delightful performances are filled with his gentle spirit, pleasant and winsome style, and an unmistakable connection with family audiences. He brings a clear message of love and laughter through concerts, seminars and workshops; encouraging families to be all they were intended to be. His mission is to turn the hearts of parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; encouraging love and communication expressed through healthy family life and family relationships. 
Chip Richter has been traveling and performing full time for almost twenty years as a singer-songwriter, family entertainer, conference and workshop speaker. Over the years he has held positions as a Youth Pastor, Children’s Camp Director, Worship Arts Ministries Director, Football Coach, Recording Engineer, Studio Owner, Producer and Businessman. Over the years literally thousands of children, and parents alike, have been touched by Chip's performances.
Chip Richter's music received a Recommended Parents Choice Award, multiple Ohio Music Award for Best Children's Song and was named Best Family Musician by Lake Erie Living Magazine. His songs seem to touch the heart of the "child" in us all, capturing snapshots of “family life” that people of all ages will recognize.
